If you are currently receiving mental health services or have been referred to a community mental health or Learning Disabilities (LD) team, you may be eligible for supported housing. Not all persons receiving services through the community mental health and LD team require supported housing.
Discuss your housing needs with your community mental health team. If you do not have a Team but think you are in need of supported living support, please contact your community mental health team.
Every supported living service user is assigned a support worker who checks in with them on a regular basis. They will make sure that the service user is achieving their agreed weekly goals. If the service user is having any trouble, then their support worker will help them get back on track.
